Each of our Website, any related URLs, and our applications (each and collectively, as appropriate, the “Platform”) is brought to you by us. This privacy policy provides information about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Platform from visitors and users of the Platform (the “Privacy Policy”), and is incorporated into and part of our Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to the Platform and/or your use of the Website and the services made available on or through the Platform, including when you access, use, or download any products, services, features, content, widgets, materials, or other tools offered by MudShare and CaretX (collectively, the “Service”).
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.
Children Under the Age of 13
MudShare and CaretX do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. As you use MudShare's and CaretX's Website, applications, or other products, MudShare and CaretX collects certain information about you, including information that can be used to identify you (alone or in combination with other information). If your relationship with MudShare and CaretX ends, we will continue to treat your Personal Data, to the extent we retain it, as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
If you do not wish to have your contact information used by MudShare and CaretX to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data or at any other time by logging into the Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to support@mudshare.com. Information gathered in email and SMS campaigns will not be shared to affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

We Operate in the United States
MudShare and CaretX are based in the United States. The Service is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States. Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Service, you consent to (i) the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country, and (ii) the use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Data.

When California residents terminate their accounts on the Platform, they have the right to have their information forgotten (i.e., deleted), except to the extent the Platform is prohibited by law from deleting the information.
California residents also have the right to opt out from their data being sold or otherwise monetized with third parties through a “Do Not Sell” request. If you exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, we will refrain from selling or sharing your personal information, unless you subsequently provide express authorization for the sale or sharing of your personal information.
If we maintain inaccurate Personal Data about you, you have the right to request us to correct that inaccurate personal information. Upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information.
